Do I have to pay in US dollars We use US dollars as our default currency as this is a simpler value for our customers around the world to understand. When you make payment however the payment will be automatically converted for you. Is this an ongoing subscription? No. We take only the one off payment. One month before your subscription expires we will contact you to see if you would like to continue. There are no automatic recurring payments. ImagesHow many images do you have?The number of images grows constantly, but at this stage we have close to 100,000 available. New images are constantly added. I can't see something suitable for my project, what should I do? The easiest thing to do is talk to us. We might have what you are looking for offline, or we may be able to find it for you, even if it means going out and getting it ourselves. At the least it lets us focus on what you want. What resolution are your images? Our photographs vary in resolution depending on the camera used. They range from 72 to 300ppi with most around 240ppi. More than enough for the standard usage agreement. What size are your images? Image sizes vary, where possible they are straight from the camera. You can see the image size alongside each image. I think one of your images is labelled wrongly, what should I do? Let us know, we occasionally get it plain wrong. And some of the more scientific images it is not always clear. In some cases exact descriptions are still open to debate. Either way let us know and we will correct things as possible. Have a question not listed here?
