Cylindropuntia tunicata
Cylindropuntia tunicata, first described in 1827 by Lehman. The plants are densely branched shrubs ranging from 30-60cm (12-14") in height, with stem segments 5-25cm and pale green coloured. The flowers are a pale green-yellow. This plant occurs naturally from Texas and throughout northern Mexico. It was probably introduced into Chile and Ecuador.
