Clitoria ternatea is also known as the Butterfly Pea or Blue Pea Vine. It is a plant species belonging to the Fabaceae family found across southeast Asia. Due to its attractive flowers and hardiness, it is a common ornamental and reclamation plant. The name coming from the resemblance to female anatomy.
